Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager at ESPS. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the tender process, including tender preparation, procurement, sales, and project management. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Tender Management, Tender Preparation, and Procurement skills
• Experience in using Gem Portal
• Sales and Project Management skills
• Experience in managing tender processes and preparing tender documents
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
