Job Summary:

Aseries Envirotek is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tender Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids. You will work closely with the sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to identify opportunities, manage documentation, and deliver winning tenders that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting tenders in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Bid Strategy: Develop and implement winning strategies by analyzing client needs, competitor insights, and market trends.
• Documentation: Manage and coordinate all tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to gather inputs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
• Compliance: Ensure all tenders meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with each tender and implement mitigation strategies.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance future opportunities.
• Post-Tender Review: Conduct post-tender analysis to evaluate the success of bids and identify areas for improvement in future submissions.
