Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive at Unipro Techno Infrastructure (P) Ltd. The Tender Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tendering process for infrastructure development projects. He should have the knowledge of bids and proposals pertaining to construction industries.

• This includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• The Tender Executive will also be responsible for analyzing tender documents, participating in tender evaluations, and submitting timely and accurate bids.
• Managing the tender process from start to finish, including RFQs and e-tendering.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to tendering and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering and bidding for infrastructure development projects
• Knowledge of the tendering process and relevant regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MBA or related field preferred Candidates with experience in construction company office will be preferred.
