Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive at TRAVES India located in Gurugram. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process, including reviewing and understanding tender requirements, preparing documentation, and submitting tenders on time. You will also be responsible for analyzing tender results and providing recommendations, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Required Skillset:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Data management and general office administration experience
• Knowledge of tendering processes and procedures
• Experience in preparing tender documentation
• Ability to analyze tender results and provide recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
