Tender Executive

SMPP Private Limited is a globally recognized manufacturer of critical defense equipment such as personal protection, platform protection, and ammunition. We focus on ongoing research and development to design and develop some of the most advanced and reliable solutions to protect those who protect us.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in New Delhi. The role involves responding to tenders, liaising with internal teams, developing technical proposals, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing commercial documentation, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in tender management, procurement, and contract management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software is a plus
