Job Description:
- Looking for Tender Executive position.

- Must be graduate
- Minimum 2 Year relevant experience in relevant field

- Responsibilities and Duties
- Gem Portal Operate
- Quotation all calculation in portal gem tender,
- Look for upcoming/ new tenders through website, newspaper and various other sources for the company
- Analyzing the project and understanding the Tenders specifications.
- Ensure that Tenders and business proposals must meet all relevant specification.
- Prepare bidding documents
- To maintain record of all Tenders
- Online Tender Purchase
- knowledge of Pf & Esic,Bonus
- Online and manual submission of tenders
- Documentation and Submission to the Department
- Microsoft office knowledge must
- Class2 and class 3 digital signature Enrollment and renewal
- Tender portals enrollment & registration renewal
- Preparing quotation as per client requirement
- Co-ordination with clients and continuous follow-up for potential business
- EMD, SD, BG submission and Refund of the same.
- Regular Follow-ups
- central govt. & State govt. Minimum wages knows that,
- Knowledge of applicable in central & state govt labour license,
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Tendering procedure
- Technical documentation of Tendering
- Ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
