Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tender Executive to join our team at Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, including preparing and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes, gem portal, CPP, e-tendering, and bidding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and tender management software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tender opportunities
  • Review and evaluate tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Manage the tender process, including bid preparation, pricing, and submission
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop winning strategies and proposals
  • Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related information
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the tendering process
  • Track and monitor tender results, analyzing success rates and identifying areas for improvement.
