Tender Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Executive at Matrix Media Solutions. The

Tendering Executive will be responsible for managing the tendering process, including preparing

and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting research to

identify potential tenders and opportunities. The role will also involve reviewing and analysing

contract terms, negotiating prices and agreements, and ensuring compliance with tender

requirements.

Key Skills: GEM Bidding, E-Tendering, Working knowledge of Gem Portal

Qualifications

Experience in tendering and bidding processes

Knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
