Job Title: Tender Executive - Dredging & Marine Services.

KMEW is a listed company specializing in dredging & marine crafts operations. Our focus is on delivering quality and sustainable marine services, including dredging, reclamation, hydrographic surveys, and support of various ports.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to support our projects and expand our business in the dredging and marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate new tender opportunities in the dredging and marine sectors.
- Preparation of bid-documents, ensuring all submissions are compliant with client requirements and internal standards.
- Ensure timely submission of bid, budgetary offer and proposals, tracking all deadlines and submission dates.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and submissions.
- Prepare regular reports on tender activities, outcomes, and any lessons learned for future submissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tendering/Contracts/Billing/Planning preferably in the marine/civil/mechanical contracts.
- Letter & report writing.
- Knowledge of MS-office suits.
- Proficient in English.
