Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Preparation and Submission:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Ensure all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, legal, finance, and technical departments) to gather necessary data and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading tender documents and proposals.
- Tender Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities in relevant sectors.
- Monitor tender portals and other sources for new tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender requirements and assess the company's ability to participate based on capabilities and resources.
- Documentation Management:
- Prepare all tender-related documentation such as pre-qualification questionnaires, contract summaries, and compliance checklists.
- Maintain and update tender documentation records for future reference.
- Ensure that all legal, financial, and technical documentation required for tender submission is compiled and organized.
- Communication & Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements, if necessary.
- Act as the point of contact between the company and the client during the tender process.
- Coordinate post-tender follow-up and communicate the outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
