Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit comprehensive tender bids that include project schedules, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
Ascertain that all tender records are accurate, comprehensive, and timely.
Communicate with clients to learn about their needs and to answer any questions they may have about submitting a tender.
Conduct market research to keep up with developments in your industry and rivalry.
Examine expenses and create solutions that are affordable for submissions to tenders.
Verify that every tender complies with all applicable laws, rules, and business policies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams in engineering, project management, and finance, to obtain the data required for tenders.
Keep track of every activity related to tenders and give senior management regular updates.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum two years of experience in the profile in the prefabrication or construction sectors.
Extensive knowledge with the methods and processes of tendering.
Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking. Proficiency with industry-related software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent capacity to analyze and solve problems. the capacity to fulfill deadlines and work under duress. precision and great attention to detail.
