Job description
- Updating upcoming tenders from various portals
- Online Tender submission,
- Registration in E- Tendering portals.
- Registration on GEM Portal
- Documents preparations and compilations for Tenders.
- Check quoted tenders status and keep updating
- Addition of new Vendors, authorized for Tenders participations.
- Update follow-ups with vendors for quoted Tenders status & supply orders, dispatch.
- Prepare Vendor Registration Files for all institutions for Financial Year.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines
- To complete registrations with Government Customers.
- To maintain and update EMD data.
Skills required:
- Familiar with tendering process and with prior experience for electrical or mechanical services tender.
- Familiar with techno-commercial bids
- Going through the tender portal sites and other sites to identify and download the tenders that we wish to participate in.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Experience on GEM portal and E-Procurement is must.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years relevant experience in tender process, techno-commercial bids, tender preparation, Bid management, Knowledge about GeM Portal tender portal for building design services.
