Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender process , including preparation, submission , and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain and update tender databases and records.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements.
- Review and analyze tender results to improve future submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management , or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in tender administration or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and excel.
- Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
