RESPONSIBILITIES:
USGAAP provision qtly tax pack, return to provision, FIN48 provision updates ( SOL release, audit settlement, re-computation). 2. Maintaining reconciliation for current and deferred tax. 3. Computing estimated payment based on forecasted income, requesting, and validating provisional CT payments. 4. Coordinate data gathering of the accounting information from GCO and other teams (AP, AR, payroll, credit, and collection) necessary to prepare the CT return. Review and address the technical tax aspect. 5. Reply to queries received from CT return local preparer (PWC/Deloitte..). 6. Review and validate the data reported in the CT return and insure timely submission of the return. 7. Analyse the nature of the related party transaction, categorise them according to the country specific reporting rule then prepare the TP informative return and insure the timely filing within the CT return or separately. 8. Reconcile, review, and sign off the intercompany information disclosed in the Financials. 9. Support GCO on the audit with regards to uncertain tax provision and related party disclosures. 10. Prepare the tax note and footnote disclosures for the financials. 11. Review the Financials and sign off for tax compliance perspective (tax disclosure and related party transactions). 12. Address any request coming from audit in respect to historic filings. 13. Support the tax planning team on any data gathering they might require. 14. Addressing any request related to direct taxes from other internal or external stakeholders. 15. Other ad hoc filings not strictly CT Return or TP informative return.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's in accounting. Graduate or Postgraduate in Tax preferred. 2.
- 2+ years of Corporate International Tax experience in compliance or consulting.
- Self-directed, ability to learn, and move in an international fast-paced, and changing environment,
- Strong ability to communicate well with remote international teams, including excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Expertise with accounting systems preferred and Expertise with Microsoft applications
- Chartered Accountant certification is preferable.
