Telugu Voice Process- Chennai-Technical Voice Process

Description

We are looking for a Telugu Voice Process Executive to join our technical voice process team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in Telugu and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu and English related to technical issues
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer queries and complaints
• Document all customer interactions and update the system accordingly
• Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
• Meet daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team lead/manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in Telugu and English
• 0-5 years of experience in a similar technical voice process role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree
