Job Overview
We are hiring a Telugu BPO Quality Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Junior role. As a Telugu BPO Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the customer service provided by our Telugu-speaking BPO team. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Telugu and English
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a BPO Quality Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) principles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate Telugu-speaking customer service representatives performance through call monitoring and analysis
- Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to the BPO team
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and company policies
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to improve customer service skills
- Generate quality reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with team leaders and other stakeholders to optimize customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
