Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products and services, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Update customer information accurately in the database.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the management.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
