Konsole Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
Providing information about products or services.- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns.
Maintaining a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieving daily and monthly call targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
Basic computer knowledge.- Good problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Providing information about products or services.
