Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote our products or services
• Answer questions about the product or service
• Maintain call records and follow-up with customers
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi or English
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Minimum qualification of 12th pass or equivalent
