The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential students and clients to promote the Digital Marketing Academy's courses and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in driving enrollment and enhancing the academy's outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to inform them about the academy's courses, promotions, and events.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments.Information Dissemination:
Provide accurate information about course details, fees, schedules, and any other queries from prospective students.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with call details, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from potential and existing students to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.Coordination:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize the lead generation process and improve conversion rates.Report Generation: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, conversions, and feedback to the Sales Manager.
