Job Title: Tele callerWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, explain features, and answer any questions customers might have. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads and secure appointments for our sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using a prepared script.- Provide information about products and services, highlight features and benefits.
Capture and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
