The Telecaller Education Counselor is responsible for contacting potential students via phone to provide information about educational programs and services. This role involves understanding the students academic goals and interests to guide them toward appropriate courses or programs. The counselor will also assist with the application process and follow up with students to ensure they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Outbound Calls:- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in educational programs.
Explain the details of various courses, programs, and institutions to prospective students.- Answer questions and provide clear, concise information about admission requirements, application processes, and deadlines.
Student Counseling:- Assess the academic background, interests, and career aspirations of students during calls.
Recommend suitable courses, programs, and institutions based on the student's profile.- Provide guidance on the admission process, including helping students complete applications.
Follow-Up:- Regularly follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain a database of prospective students and update it with call details and outcomes.- Track students progress through the application process and offer support as required.
Documentation and Reporting:- Keep detailed records of each interaction with students, including call logs and notes.
Prepare and submit reports on daily call activities and outcomes to the admissions manager.
