The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. This role involves effective communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to manage and document calls efficiently.
Outbound Calls:- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
Introduce and explain products or services to customers to generate interest.- Persuade customers to purchase products, services, or to take specific actions, such as scheduling a meeting or requesting more information.
Inbound Calls:- Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers based on their inquiries.Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Record customer details and sales information accurately.
