Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries.
Collecting and documenting detailed information about the appliance issues reported by customers.- Scheduling appointments for our repair technicians.
Providing information about our services and pricing.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather and record customer information, including contact details and nature of the issue.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to book service appointments.- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates if necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
A friendly and professional demeanor.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the home appliance repair industry.
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language).
