Tellecaller

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. As a Telecaller at ATTPL Group, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. You will maintain call logs, update customer records, and provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in telemarketing or similar customer service role
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
