Engages in outbound or inbound calls to potential or existing customers on behalf of Ray Center - Swimming Pools.
Primary responsibility is to promote our services, gather information, and generate sales or leads over the phone.
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or receive inbound calls from existing customers.
- Introduce and explain services offered by the organization to potential customers.
- Answer questions, provide information, and address customer concerns or objections.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while speaking with customers.
- Follow a prepared script or guideline to ensure consistent messaging and accurate information delivery.
- Use persuasive techniques to influence customers and generate sales or leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including sales, inquiries, and complaints.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets or key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection regulations.
- Continuously enhance communication and negotiation skills through training and development programs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and positively.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Salary: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
