Qualification - Any Degree
Experience - 3 To 7 Years in Bpo/Kpo/Call Center
Salary CTC - 3.5 - 4.5 CTC + Incentives
Job Location - Chennai
Role Overview:
- The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives, who are involved in converting potential leads into sales, thereby generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity
- Segregating and assigning leads across the team
- Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the
- manager on various metrics
- Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives
- Analyze various reports to enhance productivity and conversions
- Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and productivity targets
- Management and reporting of KRA (Key Result Area)
- Prepare and submit periodic Team performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Audit Calls and identify the training requirements of each team member
- To ensure that at no point in time the team lacks supervision
- Attending call calibrations with quality and training team
- Client interaction as and when required; incorporate feedback into the system.
- Give timely & real-time feedback with a view toward improving Operational and individual
- efficiency
