We are looking for experienced Telesales Team Leaders for B2B Software Sales targeting USA based clients and to lead our growing telesales team. You will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, training new telesales staff, and handling escalated customer complaints as a telesales team leader.

- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience working as a Telesales Team Lead.
