Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Telesales Specialist at The wings fintech. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our products and services, answering questions, and generating interest in our offerings. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of outbound calls and be comfortable with sales metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Experience with CRM software and sales metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
