Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads/calls assigned.
- Answering customer queries related to the services or products.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high closing rate.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- The candidate should be a graduate.
- Shift timing will be between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM and will be operating 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday fixed OFF.
