RechargeZap is a fintech platform offering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a motivated Credit Card/Loan Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to driving sales through effective tele calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to pitch and sell credit card and loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely submission of necessary documents for applications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads and sales activity.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain financial products convincingly.
- Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
