Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at PROCON in Pune. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training. They will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. They will also conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
