Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist at Fintuit. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management for Insurance. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Contracting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Follow up on the database/ leads provided by the company.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Generating Leads.
Sharing leads to field sales Team
Ensure closure of leads generated.
Customer support
Data Management of customers / Customer call MIS
Maintain daily, weekly, Monthly data.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
