Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telesales Specialist at Cracking Communication. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, customer support, and training. Your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our coaching and training programs.
