Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships and closing deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to present products/services using scripts
- Answer questions and address concerns
- Understand customer needs and close sales
- Manage customer data and orders accurately
- Resolve grievances and maintain company reputation
- Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
- Record sales calls and note useful information
Requirements:
- 2+ years sales experience
- Proven telesales or customer service background
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
- Product knowledge and explanation skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience in handling rejection
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
CTC: Up to 32k per month (gross) + incentives
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (work from office)
Workdays & timings: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
Mandatory: Should know basics of ecommerce / d2c brands, good english & hindi communication skills
