Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Recto Skates in Ghaziabad. As a Telesales Representative, your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads for the sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of contacts, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires good English communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to work well in a team.
