We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
What does a Sales Representative do
A Sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable connecting with existing & potential customers on call & chat, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting and demonstrating our products or services effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Requirements and skills
- Atleast 1 year of telecalling sales experience, preferably with technical product
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Atleast Graduate ( in any stream )
