Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Malad, Maharashtra, India. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold calling potential customers, and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
• Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches
• Good knowledge of voice processing techniques
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM software is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through outbound cold calling and follow up with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
