- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional real estate services and products to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address client concerns and resolve conflicts.
