Responsibilities- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
- Required skills and qualifications
Graduation must- Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
Fluency in English
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
