Job description :-

Ability to make minimum 100 calls per day with the provided leads.

Ability to convince the customers and generate meetings through calling.

Taking Inbound sales calls and outbound sales calls.

Arrange Customers Site visits.

Coordination with marketing team and managers.

Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management.

Providing maximum responses from Leads to Sales Department with accurate customer feed back.

Prepare and submit reports.

Maintain leads data / client data.

Skills :-

Good business communication skills with proficiency in English.

Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness.

Highly Energetic, cordial approach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customer's satisfaction.

Has excellent problem-solving skills.

Decision Making

Working knowledge of MS Office , MS Excel.
