  • Lead Generation:

    - Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, and online platforms.

    - Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.

    - Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Sales Pitch:

    - Conduct virtual tours and presentations to showcase properties.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
