Job Overview

RDS Digital is seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position, ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)

  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques to engage potential clients

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate new customer leads
  • Understand and promote the companys digital marketing services to prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested clients and follow up with them for potential sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Constantly improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
