Procucev is seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, and will play a key role in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering our procurement solutions. This role requires active listening abilities and strong customer service skills to maintain and build customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain and promote Procucev's procurement solutions
2. Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and recommend appropriate solutions
3. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
4. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance client experience
5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and inquiry targets
