Job Title: Telesales Operative

We are on the lookout for vibrant and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. As a Sales Consultant, you'll spearhead our sales efforts through proactive outbound calls, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services to drive sales.
Cultivate enduring client connections, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.- Preference for candidates with a background in B2B sales within the domestic market, though exceptional B2C experience will be valued.
Employ persuasive sales strategies to address objections and clinch deals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of tele-sales experience, demonstrating a track record of successful sales.- Proficiency in sales techniques and exceptional communication abilities.
Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Age within the limit of 30 years.
Salary & Benefits:
- Commencing salary of INR 21,
Biannual salary increments for high-performing sales consultants.- Additional 10% increment on the Basic+DA portion of salary annually.
