Telesales lapse

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Patient Communication:

Initiate calls to patients of lapse packages. Provide information about the lapse package, renewal options, EMI facility. Address patient queries and concerns regarding the lapse package.

Interaction with lapse package patients as well as with the current patients.

She will maintain the personal touch with these patients so that patients will be in loop till the completion of treatment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
