Job Title: Tele Sales professional

Role Description

As a Tele caller at iii studio, you will reaching out to potential clients, introducing our

company and its expertise in interior design, and encouraging them to consider our

services. This role includes answering client questions, providing information on our

current projects, setting up site visit appointments with interior designers, and

maintaining records of customer interactions. Success in this role relies on excellent

communication skills to effectively engage clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our interior design

services.

2.Introduce the company, its background, and the benefits of our interior design

offerings.

3.Address inquiries from customers and provide details on ongoing projects.

4.Schedule site visit appointments, coordinating with interior designers.

5.Keep an accurate record of customer interactions in the database.

6.Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

1.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a

related field.

2.Software knowledge: Thorough knowledge of MS Office, word & excel

preferred.

3.Education: Minimum high school diploma or bachelors degree

Skills Required

4.Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

5.Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.

6.Ability to build positive relationships with customers.

7.Goal-oriented with a high motivation to meet targets.

8.Basic problem-solving skills.

9.Knowledge of the real estate or interior design industry is a plus.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad.
