Job Description

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies to increase revenue and build long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Sponsorship Sales & Negotiation:
  • Identify potential sponsors, pitch opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet both financial and strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and potential sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Event Support:
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsor activations at events, including branding, booth setups, activations, and digital integration.
  • Budget & Reporting:
  • Manage sponsorship budgets and monitor revenue performance against targets. Provide regular reports to senior management on sponsorship progress, successes, and challenges.
  • Marketing Integration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate sponsors into event promotion, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives, ensuring maximum exposure and value.
  • Market Research & Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities and innovative ways to enhance partnerships.
  • Post-Event Engagement:
  • Ensure sponsors receive appropriate follow-up post-event to assess the effectiveness of their partnership and gather feedback for future opportunities.
