Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone and persuading them to purchase our products or services. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.- Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or questions.
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Persuasive and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree , MBA is a plus.
