Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at WorkIndia located in Bengaluru. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with potential customers & lead generation. You will play a key role in promoting WorkIndia's services and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to generate leads
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the blue-collar job market in India
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred (Fresher is also accepted)
• Hindi is must and proficiency in any one local languages is a plus
